대학생의 스트레스 대처방식과 자아존중감이 분노에 미치는 영향에서 포커싱적(Focusing)태도의 매개효과 = The Influence of Stress Coping Patterns Self-esteem and Focusing Manners on the Anger in university students: The Mediation Effectiveness of Focusing Manners

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 스트레스 대처방식과 자아존중감이 분노에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권에 소재하는 대학교에 재학 중인 455명의 대학생을 대상으로 질문지법에 의해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 첫째, 적극적 스트레스 대처, 자아존중감, 분노조절은 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도와 유의한 정적상관관계로 나타났고, 소극적 스트레스대처, 특성분노, 분노표출, 분노억제는 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도와 유의한 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 소극적 스트레스 대처 방식은 특성분노, 분노표출, 분노억제, 분노조절과의 관계에서, 적극적 스트레스 대처 방식은 분노 조절과의 관계에서 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도가 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났고, 자존감은 특성분노, 분노조절과의 관계에서 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도가 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 스트레스대처방식, 자아존중감과 분노의 관계에서 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도가 검증됨에 따라 대학생의 적응적 분노표현을 위한 포커싱(Focusing)적 태도를 향상시키기 위한 활용방안에 대해 논의 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation of stress coping patterns and self-esteem that are the reasons of anger, and how focusing manner mediates the tendency of stress coping patterns/self-esteem and anger, so the findings can be discussed to guide the university students’ proper anger with possible solutions. The results show that First, statistically, there are positive correlations between aggressive stress coping patterns and focusing manners and there are negative correlations between passive stress coping patterns and focusing manners. Self-esteem has positive correlations with focusing manners, has negative correlations with trait anger, anger-out and anger-in and has positive correlations with anger-control. Lastly, focusing manner has negative correlations with trait anger, anger-out, anger-in and has positive correlations with anger-control. Second, the partially mediated effect of focusing manner about passive stress coping patterns and trait anger as well as anger-out, anger-in and anger-control were revealed as significant. partially mediated effect of focusing manner about aggressive stress coping patterns as well as anger-control were revealed as significant.
