      There is an intimate relation between human emotion and music. Especially, Intimate relation appears more during the adolescent period which is proportionated with physical growing. Therefore, there is greater musical intimate relation appears to middle and high school students than college students. Consequently, the research about an intimate relation between Human and Music should be concentrated on middle and high school students and there needs to be social supports. In oder to carry out the case, researcher pick randomly 120 students(40 students each from middle, high and college) from Dae-gu city in Korea. The research has been concluded by sing two methods. the first method is a survey that psychological immune reaction of Human body, the next method is a medical measurement. According to the survey, the favor genre has been grasped, there is about 10% of classical preference and 90% of Pop and Jazz Music preference. The middle school students group prefer ballade, dance and rap music and the high school students prefer rap, rock and heavy-metal that brings strong beats and there is a preference of dance and jazz music for the college students. Secondly, we could research that there is emotional changes like excitement and violence after listening to favor music of middle and high students. The survey shortly shows that our community should be examined seriously. The consequence of medical measurement, there are blood pressure(systolic, mmHg) raising on different group after applying different musics like rap, rock and heavy-metal. There is 6.4%(before the test average was 126mmHg systolic, after the test was appear 134mmHg) of blood pressure raising on middle school student, 8.8%(before the test average was 128mmHg systolic, after the test was appear 139.3mmHg) on high school student and 3.1%(before the test average was 128mmHg Systolic, after the test was appear 132mmHg) on college students. As blood pressure is being raised, the pulsation also became faster 6.3%(before the test average was 76bpm, after the test was appear 80.8bpm) rapid pulse on middle school student, 9%(before the test average was 74bpm, after the test was appear 80.6bpm) high school student and 4.3%(before the test average was 74bpm, after the test was appear 77.2bpm) college student. As result of the two different experiments, We could found out that the music effects to human psychologically and physically. According to the survey of applying different kind of pop music, we could notice the following emotional conditions. 65% of ballade listener thinks that they would like to become a novel character, 60% of dance listener thinks that they are excited and would like to dance and 45% of rap, heavy-metal listener would like to release their excited emotion and become aggressive. On the base of this result, most of students would like to release their excited emotion and become very aggressive after listening to rap and heavy-metal music. It is understandable, if abnormal-emotioned student listen to this music and make an unforeseen accident. Consequently, our society should aware of all kind of media and music that support to young people, as well as the expected effects to psychological result to our young people.
