      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      With the development of financial service and IT, the mobile bank starts booming and taking as position quickly because of its ease of use and convenience. Now more and more Chinese people start to use mobile bank in their daily lives. Although there are countless netizen in China. according to the frist studies, there are only 41% of netizen use mobile bank to conduct financial transactions. So the work of online bank has great potentialities in China.
      Combined with the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)model and Accepted Model of Trust in Online Banks, I put in the Perceived Web Security as a new variable to make the essay has more research value. This is also an innovation of this research. Questionnaires are distributed to 314 adults and 264 are valid data. The methods used to analyze the items are frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis. The result of the study is that trust is the mainly effect factors for Chinese netizen using online bank service and with the increase of perceived Web Security, the trust for online bank also increased then change the behavior intention of Chinese netizen using it.
      Therefore this research is aiming at acknowledging and analyzing Chinese netizen behavior intention about adoption of mobile banking. In the meantime, researching the factors which affect the intention of chinese netizen, as a result, it can give more valuable advice about the development of China mobile bank.
