만다라 미술치료 프로그램이 지적장애청소년의 자기표현에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 만다라 미술치료 프로그램이 지적장애청소년의 미술적․언어적 자기표현에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 지적장애청소년으로 언어적 자기표현능력 평가 척도에서 5점 이하의 결과가 나온 3명을 선정하였다. 만다라 미술치료 프로그램은 주 1회, 60분씩 총 16회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 미술․언어 자기표현능력 평 가척도를 사용하였고 치료 전, 치료과정Ⅰ, 치료과정Ⅱ, 치료 후 총 4회에 걸쳐 측정하였 다. 자료분석은 미술치료 진행과정에서의 점수 변화를 살펴보았고, 그 유의미한 정도를 알 아보기 위해 Friedman 비모수 검정과 Kruskal-Wallis 비모수 검정을 각각 실시하였으며, 프로그램 진행과정 단계별로 집단원들의 자기표현의 행동변화를 관찰 기록하였다. 연구결 과를 바탕으로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만다라 미술치료 프로그램이 지적장애청소 년들의 미술적 자기표현을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 만다라 미술치료 프로그램이 지적장애청소년들의 언어적 자기표현을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로 만다라 미술치료는 지적장애청소년들이 자기표현을 통한 의사소통으로 적절한 관계를 형성하고 사회성의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 나아가서 미술적․언어적 자기표 현에 의미 있고 유용한 프로그램으로 시사된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study conducted the Mandara-Art Therapy Program to the intellectually disabled teenagers examine its effects to their artistic and linguistic self-expression. The research subjects were the 3 intellectually disable teenagers and they were the intellectually disability and received below 5 points from the linguistic self-expression ability evaluation standards. The Mandara-Art Therapy Program was performed to the subject, 1 times a week and a total of 16 sessions for each 60 minutes. The artistic and linguistic self-expression ability evaluation standards were used as a study tool and the measurement was conducted 4 times including the preliminary therapy course I, therapy course II and the post therapy course I, therapy course II. As for the data analysis, the score changes in the progress course of the art therapy were examined and in order to check its significant degree, each of Friedman non-parametric test and Kruskal-Walls non-parametric test was performed. In addition, as for the program progress course, video was taken to observe and record the action changes of self-expression of the group members by stage. The results from the analysis of the study results are as following. First, the Mandara-Art Therapy Program had positive effects to improve the artistic self-expression of the intellectually disable teenagers. Second, the Mandara-Art Therapy Program brought about positive effects to improve linguistic self-expression of the intellectually disable teenagers. From the above results, Mandara-Art Therapy Program is expected to form appropriate relations by communication through self-expression of the intellectually disable teenagers and give positive effects to the improvement of sociality and be a meaningful and useful program to the artistic and linguistic self-expression of the intellectually disabled teenagers.
