치유농업 체험요소가 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 방문가치의 매개효과 중심으로 = A Study on the Impact of Healing Agriculture Experience Factors on Satisfaction: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Visit Value

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 치유농업의 오락적, 교육적, 일탈적 체험요소가 방문 가치의 경제적 가치와 정서적 가치 및 만족도에 미치는 영향과 방문 가치의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 했다. 이를 위해 국내에서 치유농업을 체험 해 본 남녀를 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고 결측치를 제외하고 최종 214부를 분석에 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과로 독립변수 치유농업 체험요소는 종속변수 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 오락적 체험은 경제적 가치에 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 매개변수 방문 가치의 경제적 가치는 교육적 체험과 일탈적 체험에서 매개 효과가 나타났고 오락적 체험은 매개 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 방문 가치의 정서적 가치는 오락적 체험, 교육적 체험, 일탈적 체험 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 치유농장의 프로그램 개발 시 교육적 체험과 일탈적 체험에 비중을 높이고 설계할 필요가 있으며, 치유농업의 특성으로 볼 때 체험자들은 경제적 가치보다는 정서적 가치에 비중이 높아 좋은 느낌의 감정을 가질 수 있도록 하는 운영전략이 요구된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to verify the effects of recreational, educational, and deviant experience factors of healing agriculture on economic value, emotional value, and satisfaction of visit value and the mediating effect of visit value. To this end, a survey was conducted among men and women who had experienced healing agriculture in Korea, and 214 copies were used for analysis after excluding missing data. The main findings were that the independent variable, healing farming experience factor, had a significant effect on the dependent variable, satisfaction, but that the recreational experience was analogous to economic value. The mediating variable economic value of visit value was found to be mediated by educational and deviant experiences, but not by recreational experiences. On the other hand, the emotional value of visit value was mediated by recreational, educational, and deviant experiences. These findings suggest that when developing programs for healing farms, educational and deviant experiences need to be emphasized and designed, and given the characteristics of healing farms, it is necessary to have an operational strategy that allows visitors to have a good feeling of emotional value rather than economic value.
