학습기술 향상 프로그램이 대학생의 자기 주도적 학습전략 특성에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Study Skills Training Program on Self-Directed Learning Strategies of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the effects of study skills training program on self-directed learning of college students. A total of 16 college students participated in this study. The study skills training program were provided to college students for five sessions. Self-directed learning strategies were measured using an instrument designed and tested by Korea Guidance. The collected data were analyzed using paired samples t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Students` view and feedback about the study skills training program were used to complement and verify quantitative results obtained in this study. Results indicated that study skills training program had positive effects on self-directed learning of college students. In other words, the program was effective in improving self-efficacy, responsibility for the learning, depression, anxiety, time management, concentration, and test taking skills among the self-directed learning strategies. This study suggested that the study skills training program can help college students improve self-efficacy, develop good learning habits, and provide emotional stability for the college students. Therefore, many colleges need to strengthen study skills training programs in the future.
