This study was carried out to reduce serious accidents occurring at the construction site. Especially, small scale small business sites where frequent accident occurred were created. Employers of small-scale workplaces often do not provide workers with personal protective gear, so they often work without wearing them, which naturally leads to serious accidents. It is necessary to revise the Industrial Safety and Health Law to abolish the obligation of the employer to pay the personal protection and to give the workers responsibility for purchasing the protection. If a worker voluntarily purchases and wears personal protective gear, the accident rate will decrease more than now, Applying the retirement deduction installment increase for workers who purchased their own protective gear would reduce the economic loss due to the death of the country.
