대학생의 진로결정자율감이 진로미결정에 미치는 효과에서 진로효능감 근원의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Career Efficacy Sources on Relationship Career Autonomy and Career Indecision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로효능감 근원(수행성취, 언어설득, 대리학습, 정적정서, 부적정서)이 진로결정자율감과 진로미결정과의 관계를 매개하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 논문에서는 두 개의 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 1에서는 진로효능감 근원이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 대학생 184명(남 79, 여 100명, 미확인 5명)을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 진로효능감 근원 중 수행성취, 언어설득, 대리학습 및 부적정서가 진로미결정에 대한 유의한 예언변수로 확인되었다. 연구 2는 진로결정자율감과 진로미결정의 관계를 진로효능감 근원이 매개하는지를 알아보기 위해 대학생 278명(남 106명, 여 170명, 미확인 2명)을 조사하였다. 진로결정자율감과 진로미결정 간 관계를 매개하는 변수는 언어설득과 부적정서, 두 변수로 나타났다.
두 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 진로미결정 수준은 진로결정자율감의 영향을 받으며 언어설득은 진로미결정수준을 감소시키고 부적정서는 진로미결정 수준을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과들은 진로교육이나 상담프로그램을 운영할 때 진로결정자율감을 향상시킴과 동시에 학생주변의 중요인물의 언어적 격려 및 정보제공과 아울러 진로준비과정에서 부적정서를 덜 경험하도록 지도할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This purpose of study was to identify the role of career self-efficacy sources on relationship between career self-autonomy and career indecision by two studies. On 1 study, the data were collected from 184 college students(79 men, 100 women, 5 unidentified). the study examined whether the affect of career self-efficacy sources on career indecision. The result was that career indecision was predicted by vicarious learning, verbal persuasion, and (positive and negative) emotional arousal sources. On study 2, we were to investigate the whether the relationship between career self-autonomy and career indecision were mediated by career self-efficacy sources. the subjects were 287 college students(106 men, 170 women, 2 unidentified).
The result was that the relationship between career autonomy and career indecision was mediated by negative emotion and verbal persuasion of career self-efficacy sources. These findings suggested that counseling programs on career development would be focused on characteristics of student’s career self-efficacy and emotion associated with career-related experiences.
