전자책 재판매 가격유지제도에 대한 연구 : 프랑스 전자책 가격 관련법에서의 시사 = A Study of e-book resale price maintenance system : Focusing on lang law in France

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of e-book rental service technology in human reading life is innovative. Electronic books can read books using devices rather than paper. So it changed the control of the existing traditional publishing market. As described above, a reading environment using IT devices has changed, and a system for electronic book distribution that can coexist in collaboration with a publishing industry and a distribution system, such as fixed book price system has been enforced. In France, the ministry of culture and communication has developed a law on electronic books. What has attracted attention as a subject of the french culture and communication department and presented a solution is the establishment of the e-book fixed book price system. Price regulation of e-book is enacted in May 2011 when “Loi n° 2011-590 du 26 mai 2011 relative au prix du livre numerique” was enacted. The French government emphasizes the cultural characteristics of the book. France implemented a legally mandated law 20 years before us. France has implemented policies to protect small and medium bookstores. In Korea, too, it is necessary to create an environment in which large bookstores and small and medium-sized bookstores can coexist by making use of the function of fixed book price system.
