Urban parks have various impacts on people living in urban spaces. Literature Studies have shown that there is discrimination in services in urban parks, by race, religion or income level. They calculated the service level of park based on administrative boundary or distance coverage. This study measures the service level of the park based on the travel time using 2SFCA model. Because people tend to estimate distance based on travel time rather than travel distance. To measure the service level of local parks, we used travel time data of walk and bicycle that provided by Mapbox API. In conclusion we found that estimation of service level of administrative boundary was overestimated compared to 2SFCA method. Within the range of 10 minutes the level of walking and bicycle is equal. This means that the 10-minute walk reached the maximized point of park service level. This study is significant that we used travel time which is not considered in previous studies.
