유도의 본(本)·형(形) 실천교육사상과 체육 철학적 담론 = Practical Educational Thoughts and Philosophical Discourses in Physical Education of Judo BON and KATA

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 유도의 본(本)과 형(形)의 신체 기법 본질적 가치로서 교육사상과 체육 철학적 관점인 올바른 수행법을 담론으로 제시하였는데 이는 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 유도의 자연본체와 자호본체로서 본(本)과 형(形)의 신체 수련, 신체 사상 및 인격 형성을 통해 자아 성찰을 실현함으로써 진정한 인간완성의 덕목을 이루는 것이다. 둘째, 유도의 실제와 실천철학을 통해 자기의 진취성과 독자성의 수행법을성취할 수 있는 것이다. 셋째, 유도의 교육적 수련체계로써 본(本)·형(形), 자유연습, 자유대련 등 겸용할 수 있는 수행법에 관한 교육체계 실제의 학문적 기반 형성이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 유도의 학문적이론과 실제의 완성을 통해 올바른 전인적 인간완성의 의미와 가치에대하여 교육사상과 철학이 있어야 할 것이다. 따라서 유도의 본(本)과 형(形)의 올바른 인식과 수행법의 제반적인 기술 체계와 실천 학문적 기반및 교육체계를 확립해야 할 것이다. 나아가 올바른 유도의 수행법으로서수련체계와 교육체계를 더욱 계승·발전시켜야 할 것이다.

This study presented educational thought and philosophical discourse of physical education as essential values of BON of Judo and KATA's body technique. First, as the nature body and self-defense body of Judo, it is to achieve the virtue of true human perfection by realizing self-reflection through body training, physical thought and personality formation of BON and KATA. Second, it is possible to achieve the practice of self-initiative and uniqueness through the practice of induction and practical philosophy. Third, as an educational training system of Judo, it is necessary to form an academic foundation of the education system on the practice methods that can be used together such as BON · KATA, free practice, and free Dalian. Fourth, through the completion of the academic theory and practice of Judo, there should be educational thought and philosophy about the meaning and value of the right holistic human perfection, and thus the technical system and educational system of Judo should be established.
