      Recently, mankind has terribly used natural resource relating to raid growth industries. restricted oil resource and other natural resource is more and more extinguished by the human. in result, the human is confronted with serious environmental matter, especially discharge of dioxide on the air. therefore, the new regeneration energy, innoxious and unlimited alternative energy is being developed in the world and investment for developing new regeneration energy is yearly increasing. in this paper, we can find out that the characteristic and performance of otec system of the regeneration natural energy according to variation of turbine inlet pressure, evaporator and condenser efficiency each rankine cycle, uehara cycle.
