In this paper, it was lead theoretical formular to identify the major parameters caused the vibration and noise in the time of accelerating operation for swing motor and proposed the method of solution by return hole in notch of valve plate. also the effect for design of return hole in notch is prooved through the bench test considered inertio load according to excavator operating condition.
