慶北 漆谷郡 東明 貯水地에서 採集한 淡水魚에서의 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲 奇生狀의 變動 = Disappearance of Larval Trematodes from Fresh-Water Fish Collected in Tongmyung Pond, Chilgok County, Kyungpook Province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1989年 4月부터 同年 9月까지 慶北 漆谷郡 東明貯水池에서 採集되는 各種 淡水魚에서 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲의 寄生狀을 調査하여 1983年 同貯水池에서 調査한 成績과 比較하였다.
東明貯水池에서 採集된 魚種은 붕어(Carassius carassius), 납지리(Paracheilognathus rhombea), 참붕어(Pseudorasbora parva), 피래미(Zacco platypus)의 4種으로 1983年 少數 採集되었으던 몰개(Gnathopogon atromaculatus)는 採集되지 않았다.
1983年에는 5種의 淡水魚중 2種 즉 몰개와 참붕어에서 2種의 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲, 肝吸蟲과 Exorchis oviformis 被囊幼蟲을 檢出할 수 있었다. 물개와 참붕어에서의 肝吸蟲 被囊幼蟲의 寄生率은 各各 7.4%와 15.6%였고 魚肉 1g當 被囊幼蟲數로 나타낸 그 寄生程度는 各各 0.1個와 0.2個였고 E.oviformis 被囊幼蟲의 寄生率은 各各 18.5%와 26.7%, 그 寄生程度는 各各 0.2個와 0.4個였다.
그러나 이번 調査에서는 全魚種에서 吸蟲類 被囊幼蟲을 전혀 찾아볼 수 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to compare the infestation status with larval trematodes with that in 1983, fresh-water fish were collected in the Tongmyung pond from April to September, 1989, and examined for the presence of the encysted larvae of digenetic trematodes.
Four species of fresh-water fish, the crusian carp, Carassius carassius, the flat bitterling. Paracheilognathus rhombea, the southern top-mouthed minnow, Pseudorasbora parva and the pale chub, Zacco platypus, were collected in the pond. Gnathopogon atromaculatus which had been collected in 1983 was not collected in 1989.
In 1983, two species of the metacercariae, Clonorchis sinensis and Exorchis oviformis, were demonstrated from G. atromaculatus and P. parva. The incidences of C. sinensis cyst in G. atromaculatus and P. parva were found to be 7.4% and 15.6%. The intensity of infestation, the numbers of metacercariae per gram of flesh, were 0.1 and 0.2, respectively.
The incidences of E. oviformis cyst in G. atromaculatus and P. parva were 18.5% and 26.7% with the intensity, 0.2 and 0.4, respectively.
However, no larval trematodes was demonstrated from fresh-water fish collected in 1989.
