존경각(尊經閣) 소장(所藏) 『시조(詩調)』와 18세기 가집과의 친연성에 대하여 = The close correspondence between the Shijo anthology Shijo(詩調), owned by and housed in the Jongyeongak(尊經閣) and other Shijo anthologies compiled in the 18th century

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 최근 18세기 중반 무렵에 편찬된 것으로 알려진 신자료, 존경각 소장 44장본 『詩調』(이하 『시존』)를 최초의 가집인 김천택 편 『청구영언』과 비교하여, 둘 간의 영향 관계를 밝히고, 나아가 『시존』과 친연성을 보이는 『해동가요』 박씨본 (『해박』), 『청구영언』 장서각본(『청장』)과도 비교 검토하여 『시존』의 계열을 밝히고자 한다. 『시존』은 김천택 편 『청구영언』의 전반적인 체제를 계승하되, 편자의 음악적 취향에 따라 낙시조와 만횡청류는 누락시킨 것으로 보인다. 유명씨 작품 배열에 있어 신분별, 시대별 배치라는 『청구영언』의 원칙을 수용하되 이를 더 엄격하게 적용하고 작품을 보완하였다. 무명씨 이삭대엽 작품 배열에 있어서도 주제별 분류라는 원칙을 따르면서 후반부에는 새로운 작품을 추가하였으며, 삼삭대엽의 경우에도 『청구영언』의 작품을 대거 가져오되 후반부에 새로운 작품을 추가하였다. 한편, 『시존』과 『해박』, 『청장』을 비교한 결과, 『시존』의 전반부는 수록 작가 및 작품 그리고 그에 부기된 한문기록까지 모두 『해박』과 동일하였다. 반면 윤선도 작품 수록에서 큰 차이를 보였는데, 이 부분을 포함하여 그 이후는 『청장』과 흡사하였다. 이렇듯 『시존』, 『청장』, 『해박』 이 세 가집은 분명한 친연성을 보이지만, 『시존』은 간기가 없고, 『청장』과 『해박』 역시 전사본이라 세 가집의 선후 관계를 분명하게 밝히기는 어려웠다. 하지만 분명한 것은 이 세 가집은 모두 김천택 편 『청구영언』의 영향을 받되, 편자의 취향과 편찬 목적에 따라 삭대엽 중심, 유명씨 중심, 그리고 음악 중심의 가집으로 다양하게 변주되었다는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims to reveal the effect of the first Shijo anthology Cheonggooyoungan(靑丘永言), compiled by Kim Chuntak(金天澤) in 1728, on the newly-discovered 44-sheet Shijo anthology Shijo, owned by and housed in the Jongyeongak(尊經閣) in Sungkyunkwan University(成均館大). It further investigates the genealogy of Shijo anthologies compiled in the 18th century.
Shijo imitates the overall structure Cheonggooyoungan, but omits two melodies, Nakshijo(樂時調) and Manhoeingchungu(蔓橫淸類), as a result of the compiler`s musical taste. For example, Shijo arranges the works according to the status of the writers in chronological order just as Cheonggooyoungan did, but Shijo applies more strict standards to arrange the works it includes, by considering the writer`s military or scholarly reputation. Shijo also arrange anonymous works by themes as Cheonggooyoungan did, but Shijo adds more works in its second half. These facts confirm that Shijo was influenced by Cheonggooyoungan from the macroscopic perspective, but also that is slightly different and displays its own characteristics.
Another, later version of Cheonggooyoungan, this one owned by and housed in the Jangseogak(藏書閣), is similar to the Haedongayo, once owned by Mr. Park now owned by and housed in Keymyung University. The first half of Shijo is similar to Haedongayo and the second half is similar to the Jangseogak`s version of Cheonggooyoungan. In their fist halves, Shijo and Haedongayo consist of the same works and even the same explanatory notes in Chinese. However, while Shijo includes only one work of Yoon Sundo, Haedongayo has 23 of his works. In the second half, including the works of Yoon Sundo, Shijo is similar to the Jangseogak`s version of Cheonggooyoungan in terms of the writers included and the number of their works. Since we don`t know the exact publication date of Shijo, the Jangseogak`s version of Cheonggooyoungan or of Haedongayo, it is difficult to say the direction of influence between them. However, it is clear that they are all influenced by Cheonggooyoungan compiled by Kim Chuntak, and they varied according to their purpose for compilation or the taste of their compilers.
