사회불안과 이상섭식행동의 관계: 명시적 및 암묵적 외모거부민감성의 매개효과 = The Relationship Between Social Anxiety and Disordered Eating Behaviors: The Mediating Role of explicit and implicit Appearance-Based Rejection Sensitivity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 명시적 및 암묵적 외모거부민감성이 사회불안과 이상섭식행동의 관계를 매개하는지 검증하였다. 2021년 9월부터 11월까지 만 18세 이상-만 28세 이하의 대학생 178명을 대상으로 한국판 사회적 회피 및 불편감 척도(K-SADS)와 한국판 섭식 태도 척도(KEAT-26)를 측정하였다. 명시적 외모거부민감성은 자기보고 외모거부민감성 척도(Appearance-RS)를 사용하였고, 암묵적 외모거부민감성은 암묵적 연합 검사(Implicit Association Test, IAT)를 사용하여 측정하였다. PROCESS Macro 4.0로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 사회불안과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 명시적 외모거부민감성의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 둘째, 사회불안과 이상섭식행동의 관계에서 암묵적 거부민감성의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회불안장애와 섭식장애의 동반이환을 예방 및 완화하는 데 외모거부민감성을 고려해야 할 필요성을 시사한다.
