In recent year, owing to the superiority with solid phase joint in Friction Stir Welding(FSW), many industries were applied. Thus, the mechanical properties of FSW were evaluated for application of domestic market. This study shows mechanical properties for specimen welding region welded by FSW according to welding conditions with 6mm<SUP>t </SUP>aluminum 6061-T6 Aalloy plate. Aluminum 6061-T6 alloy plates were welded by welding conditions such as 900, 1100 tool rotation speed and 270, 300, 330mm/min feed rate. Specimens testing local structure HAZ(Heat Affect Zone) were cutting to 10x10X0.5mm. The mechanical properties were evaluated by Micro Shear punch(MSPtest) method. And then MSP energy(E<SUB>msp</SUB>) which were evaluated to fracture toughness were calculated.
