      In these days, social network has interested and has people`s life, as it has been the formation of the core of social capital of the company. Social network of employees giving advantages on achieving job performance has been generally accepted and individual memory of network perception is very important for employee to use their network but few attention has been given to the point so far. Therefore, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, to study whether the characteristics of social network such as size, range, and strength may affect on the job performance and cooperation. Second, to investigate whether the individual memory of network perception may moderate between characteristics of social network and performance(ie. job performance and cooperation). To achieve the purpose of the research, 423 data were collected companies located in Pusan and KyeongNam. In order to test the hypotheses, 377 samples were analyzed with multiple egression analysis. Research findings can be summarized as follows: First, intimacy network`s size and status had effects on cooperation and intimacy network`s size and strangth, a had effects on job performance. Third, there are some factors that moderate the relationship between social network and job performance and cooperation.
