Today, problems of drug abuse becomes a serious social problem not limited to a certain social group. Among the various social problems caused by the drug abuse rapidly increasing drug addicted juvenile is the most serious social problem since it threatens to the national security. That is, drug abuse is not only a personal problem which causes a self destruction but also a social problem which induces a crisis for the society. However, despite of the seriousness of drug abuse people seems to consider the troublesome of drug abuse not so sincerely as it really is. Though there might be a some real connection between the collapsing moral standard in our society and increasing number of drug problems it seems to be a clear that biased public perception over the drug abuse might have caused the rapid dispersion of drug addict and have loosed the government effort to restrict the dispersion of drug problems. Because of the powerful poison of drug to a human body the best way to solve and to limit drug problem is the blocking of public approach to drug. From this perspective this study shows that controlling social demand for the drug is more effective than blocking drug distribution in the society. In this regard this study presents some possible alternatives to control the social demand for the drug in terms of public administration and law enforcement. First, in order to diminish social demand for a drug we should strengthen public education and public advertisement regarding the serious problems of drug abuse. Second, we should give prior to addiction therapy than the law enforcement to control social demand for a drug for a long perspective. Third, government should develop new ways of investigation and keeping in order of drug related criminal cases such as introducing new reagent to investigate possible drug addict groups. Fourth, government should give a certain effort to manage new information about drug abuse and existing data for drug addict and construct systemized information management system. Finally, government should raise current indemnity given to drug related information provider to a certain degree to have useful information about the changes of social demand for the drug and etc.
