This paper aims to construct the new paradigm of the police by totally analyzing professional natures of the police through measuring the students' attitude from the department of the police adminstration as candidates of the police toward the police,and as a result of this study, the students' preference to the police was lower than the police expect it. It was shown that the students have not been positive about their sense of closeness and anti-human nature toward the police in the intention of choosing jobs and their attitudes, and the police's dynamic activities have a great influence on choosing the job as a police officer. The students had high awareness of the police's conservative nature, and this means that the police have strong authoritative nature and conservative attitude. On the other hand, The awareness of the police's dynamic activities plays a very important role in choosing jobs, and should stick to work with confidence, ambition, and conviction. Accordingly, I suggest the following paradigms. First, the police should install an exclusive organization related to the police's job evaluation. Second, the paradigms related to the police's activities should be changed. Third, the police should have their organization's innovation much more enforced. Fourth, the police should build up much newer relations with the community.
