Purpose: This study investigated how everyday creativity, self-leadership, and resilience influence the career identities of nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from September 11 to 22, 2023 from 209 nursing students in Seoul. The data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: Career identity significantly varied based on satisfaction with the major (F=59.98, p <.001) and grade level (F=3.90, p =.010). Career Identity was also significantly and positively correlated with Everyday creativity (r=.28, p <.001), self-leadership (r=.46, p <.001), and resilience (r=.48, p <.001). Multiple regression analyses indicated that satisfaction with the major (=.49, p <.001), grade level (=−.12, p =.020), resilience (=.22, p =.003) and self-leadership (=.17, p =.017) were statistically significant in predicting career identity, with an explanatory power of 47.3%. Conclusion: To improve career identity, nursing education curriculum should be systematically updated annually to increase resilience, self-leadership, and satisfaction with the major.
