경찰공무원의 조직공정성 인식이 서비스지향 행동에 미치는 영향 = 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

조직공정성에 대한 많은 경험적 연구가 이루어져왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 조직공정성이 경찰관의 직무태도에 미치는 영향에만 집중되어왔으며, 경찰관의 실제행동 즉 시민에 대한 서비스 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 실증적 연구는 턱없이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직공정성과 경찰공무원의 서비스지향 행동 간의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 조직공정성이 서비스지향 행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 직무만족이 매개역할을 하는지 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 476명의 경찰관 표본을 활용하여 구조방적모형을 추정하였다. 분석결과, 조직공정성은 직무만족을 통해 서비스지향 행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직 내 공정성은 경찰서비스의 수혜자인 시민에게까지 흘러들어가고 있음을 보여준다.
