단어 단위 접근법을 통한 알츠하이머 환자들의 조음 특성 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to estimate the whole-word ability of Alzheimer's patients. A whole-word approach was applied to analyze the naming task and sentence task performance of three Alzheimer's patients. The paper argued that research focus must be broadened to include the study of whole-word production in Alzheimer's patients. To this end, four methods of looking at whole-words were proposed: the Proportion of Whole-word Correction (PWC), the Phonological Mean Length of Utterance (PMLU), the Proportion of Whole-word proximity (PWP), and the Proportion of Whole-word Variability (PWV). The results of the study are as follows:Firstly, the three Alzheimer's patients showed PWC, PMLU, and PWP scores of 0.95, 10.17, and 0.93 respectively in whole-word naming tasks. In sentence naming tasks, the three subjects showed PWC, PMLU, and PWV score of 0.92, 9.88, and 0.91 respectively.
