양육형태에 따른 저소득층 자녀의 안경착용실태 연구 = Research on the Wearing Actual Conditions of Glasses according to the Type of Parents in the Rearing of Low-income Children

In this study, we analyzed visual acuity of children according to the rearing of the type of parents.
Methods: We have done a comparative analysis about before and after of corrected visual acuity according to thewearing actual conditions with the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010 document.
Results: Visual acuity before correction of twoparent family’s children was 0.91, single parent family’s childrenwas 0.83, grandparents family’s children was 0.77 in low income and twoparent family’s children was 0.80,single parent family’s children was 0.77, grandparents family’s children was 0.50 in lower middle income.
Conclusions: In the rearing of low-income children, the lack of attention to visual acuity management accordingto the type of parents leads to a failing of visual acuity in myopia. The role of the parents is very importantduring this time period, so it is necessary to provide social interest giving decline prevention of vision.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 저소득층 양육형태에 따른 자녀의 시력을 비교 분석하였다. 방법: 보건복지부 산하 질병관리본부에서 시행한 2010 국민건강영양조사 자료를 통해 양육형태에 따라 교정 전 후의 시력을 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 소득 최하위층에서 교정 전 양부모 가정의 자녀 시력은 0.91, 편부모 가정의 자녀 시력은 0.83, 조부모 가정의 자녀시력은 0.82 그리고 소득 중하위층에서 교정 전 양부모 가정의 자녀 시력은 0.80, 편부모 가정의 자녀 시력은 0.77,조부모 가정의 자녀 시력은 0.50으로 조사되었다. 결론: 양육형태에 따른 저소득층 자녀의 시력에 대한 관심 부족은 근시유발의 한 요인으로 이어질 수 있으며, 이 시기의 부모의 역할은 매우 크기 때문에 이를 방지하기 위한 사회적 관심이 더욱 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
