일반계 고등학교에서의 정보통신윤리교육 현황 및 개선방안 = A study on the status and improvement of high school students' information and communication ethics education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보사회의 역기능을 해소하기 위해 정보통신윤리교육이 이루어지고 있으나 효용성이 미비하다. 그 원인을 학교현장에서 이루어지고 있는 정보통신윤리교육에서 찾아보고자 한다. 즉, 본 논문은 일반계 고등학교에서의 정보통신윤리교육 실태 파악을 통한 개선방안 모색에 목적을 두고 있다.
정보통신윤리교육의 현황을 알아보기 위해 첫째, 관련 교과인 정보, 도덕, 사회과의 일반계 고등학교 7차 교육과정을 분석하였다. 둘째, 전국에 있는 일반계 고등학교 25곳을 임의 추출한 후, 각 학교의 정보, 도덕, 사회과 교사 각 1명씩 총 75명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다.
교육과정과 설문지 분석을 통한 정보통신윤리교육의 현황을 기반으로 한 개선방안으로 교육과정의 체계화, 교사 전문성 확립, 교육내용의 내실화, 가정, 학교, 사회가 연계한 윤리의식의 개선을 제안한다. 이를 통해 정보통신윤리교육의 효용성 증대가 이루어질 것이라 사료된다. 효과적인 정보통신윤리교육은 우리가 건전한 정보사회를 영위할 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Information and communication ethics education has become a necessity and is actually undertaking in current classrooms in Korea. The school program, however, is not yet getting effective results. This study is to seek the reason in the Information and communication ethics education of the schools.
To analyze the current state of the Information and communication ethics education, first, the curriculums related to information communication ethics education, such as Information, Ethics, Social Studies in the 7th academic high school curriculum, have been analyzed. Second, survey questionnaires have been gathered from 75 teachers taking charge of each of the three subjects, such as Information, Ethics, Social Studies in 25 academic high schools randomly selected.
According to the results of the analysis of current school curriculums and the survey questionnaires, some suggestions for the improvement of information communication ethics education are made like the systematization of school curriculums, establishment of the teachers' expertise, improvement of the perception concerning with the morality among schools, home, and the society. Through these, the efficiency of the information-communication ethics education will be improved. Effective information-communication ethics education will be the base of the sound information society we should achieve.
