경상남도 U-City 구현에 따른 발전방안 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, U-City has been emerging as the new concept of city covering the whole city function with the ubiquitous computing and information & communication technology.
However, U-City is a long-term project having many problems to be solved based on the peculiarities of the each self-governing body and it must be designed for the benefit of citizens and also it can be able to enhance the quality of life. With these background, this study covers the theoretical definition of U-City, the cases of Gyeongsangnam-Do' implementation including other different cities' & province's and cases of overseas, It has suggested a general plan for the problem and specified the four improvement plans categorized by each service area at the materialization of U-City based on Gyeongsangnam-Do. It has been concluded by suggesting the plans that enable to achieve the vision of Gyeongsangnam-Do; providing the customized-administrative service, designing for the human well-being or welfare, motivating the regional economy, making the creative culture & tourism and materializing the knowledge-based society.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 경상남도 u-city의 구현에 따른 발전방안에 대한 연구이다.
최근, U-City는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅, 정보통신 기술을 기반으로 도시전반의 영역을 융합하여 통합되고 지능적이며 혁신되는 신 개념 도시이다. 하지만 U-City는 중장기적으로 추진되어야 할 사업으로써 해결해야 할 문제점들이 아직까지 많이 산재해 있어 이를 지자체의 특성에 맞게 추진하거나 주민들의 이익을 줄 수 있고 삶의 질을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이러한 것들을 배경으로 U-City의 이론적 개념과 경상남도 추진사례 및 시도와 국외 사례로 구성했으며, 현안에 대한 일반적인 방안제시와 경상남도를 중심으로 U-City를 구현하기 위한 발전방안 4개의 서비스 영역별로 구분하여 방안들을 구체화 하였으며, 이를, 통해 경남도민을 위한 고객맞춤형행정서비스 제공과 도민웰빙과 생활복지, 역동적인 산업경제, 창의적인 문화관광, 지식기반 사회구현으로 경상남도 지역 비전을 달성하기 위한 방안들로써 결론을 마무리 하였다.
