The thermal study on amorphous Fe_77Si_10B_13 in ribbon from obtained by single roll rapid quenching method has been performed over a large temperature range from 77 to 700K using Fe^57 Mőssbauer spectroscopy. Well-defined hyperfine field distribution P(H) has been analyzed at various temperatures. The temperature dependence of the mean field, average isomer shift and quadrupole spliting was considered. On returning to room temperature after each measurement at various temperature, the annealing effect has been also observed.
