The purpose of this paper is to suggest activation plans for strategic social contribution participation of public institution in Korea. Activation plans for social contribution participation are as follows; First, it needs a professional program for the members having professional knowledge. A systematically developed program brings a nice effect for effective using with limited human resources. Second, it needs social contribution participation strategy of a public company’s characteristics. If it chooses a program of a public company’s characteristics and image, it will be more active. Third, members choose its own program for themselves freely. It is necessary to create a cultural organization freely choosing and participation through preferred program choosing method. Finally, it needs a motivation to attend a social contribution activities for members. It is necessary to improve that public institutions have a firm policy and support about social contribution activities. In addition, public institutions should not impartial by human service because public institutions’ member are a lack of a motivation of social contribution activities so they impartial by human service.
