The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Word of Mouth Effect on Service Quality of Public Sport Facilities. Subjects were 417 customer who have participated in public sport centers which are used the cluster random sampling. The questionnaire for this study were reorganized to the purpose of this study: Questionnaire for the Public Sport Facilities developed by Hun. Hyun Mi(1997). For data analysis the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSSWIN 10.0 The results are as follow. First, Among the factors of Service Qualities in the Sport facilities, main facilities, Program, Instructor showed affirmative effect on satisfaction for all Second, Among the factors of Service Qualities in the Sport facilities, main facilities, Program, contribution to the community showed affirmative effect on repurchase intention Third, Among the factors of Service Qualities in the Sport facilities, main facilities, Program, contribution to the community, staffs, instructors showed affirmative effect on word of mouse effect.
