무용지도자의 리더십유형이 지도효율성 및 무용만족에 미치는 영향 = A Effect of Dance Leader Action Type Gets Map Efficiency and Dance Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

21th century information-oriented society that do based on knowledge is society which variety taking a serious view and sense of values and culture dominate. Problem that must keep and develop, and cope spontaneously in change organization how efficiently within change of these environment can be important preoccupation to leader and scholars of organization. These dance leadership research is showing in dance spot. Focus dance leader`s special quality and action in the research recently and had been achieved with variable plain as various result such as constituent`s satisfaction, dance satisfaction, group cohesive power, dance commitment, trust, coaching efficiency etc. Presented study finding that dance leadership type influences in various organization effect St. Variable based on such dance leader`s action and special quality. Confirmed that dance leadership that focus in dance leader`s influence in dance affecting important achievement of organization target and efficiency improvement. This research applied effective dance leadership theory that department of athletics supervisor and coach who can cope in dance situation that change rapidly to high school and college`s an athlete must have in dance spot. Can present leader`s action type to coach players effectively to department of athletics supervisor and coaches in scientific aspect and line who is effort to overcome limitation of virtue research that present before analyzing dance leader action type, coaching efficiency, relation with dance satisfaction variable positively and have necessity and sense in nuts-and-bolts side that can improve team`s result.
