기업 혁신을 위한 예술적 개입 : 한국예술인복지재단의 예술인 파견지원 사업 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 기업들은 조직의 창의적이고 혁신적인 변화를 추동하기 위하여 예술가와 협업하여, 그들의 작업방식과 사 고방식을 다양한 기업활동에 적용한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 예술적 개입의 좋은 사례를 한국예술인복지재단의 예 술인 파견지원 사업으로 보고, 이에 대한 사례연구를 통해 예술적 개입의 실제 기업활동에의 적용 가능성을 톺아본 다. 우선 예술적 개입의 이론적 배경을 고찰한 후, 이 개념을 기업경영의 현장분석에 체계적으로 적용하기 위하여 변 화이론과 아트해킹 프로세스를 도입하였다. 사례분석을 통하여 예술적 개입을 통해 다양한 새로운 아이디어가 제시 되고, 기존 문제해결 방식을 재고하는 과정을 거쳐, 기업 혁신에 중요한 기여를 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 그러나 예술 적 개입이 성공적으로 실행되기 위해서는 제한된 시간과 자원, 이해관계자 간의 조율 등의 현실적인 도전과제를 극 복해야 하며, 이를 위해 다각적인 접근에 대한 열린 태도가 필요하다는 점도 다시금 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 예 술적 개입이 단순히 이론적인 개념을 넘어, 실제 기업 환경에서 구체적인 성과를 창출할 수 있는 중요한 전략일 수 있음을 시사하며, 기업이 혁신을 추구하기 위해 예술가의 작업방식과 사고방식을 적극적으로 적용하는 데에 단초를 제공한다.

To foster creative and innovative changes within organizations, companies increasingly collaborate with artists, integrating their working methods and perspectives into various corporate activities. This study examines the Artists-Embedded Program (AEP) by the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation as a notable example of such artistic interventions. Through a case study, it explores the practical application of artistic interventions in corporate settings. The study begins by reviewing the theoretical background of artistic interventions, followed by the introduction of theory of change and the art hacking process to systematically analyze corporate management. The findings indicate that artistic interventions can generate a diverse range of new ideas, challenge existing problem-solving methods, and contribute significantly to corporate innovation. However, the study also highlights the practical challenges of implementing artistic interventions, such as time and resource constraints and the need for stakeholder coordination, which necessitates openness to a multidisciplinary approach. This research suggests that artistic interventions are not merely theoretical concepts but can be effective strategies for producing tangible results in real-world corporate environments, offering a foundation for companies to actively integrate artists' methods and thinking in their innovation efforts.
