대구시 LED 조명 보급활성화 사업의 선정기준과 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Selection Standard and Priority Decision of the Daegu LED Light Supply Vitalization Business

The purpose of this study is to analyze th selection standard and priority of the LED light supply vitalization business with Daegu city as an example. To perform this purpose, the meaning and cases of the LED spotlight supply vitalization have been surveyed through the consideration of the related theories and precedent studies and the part-specific weighted value and detailed business-specific priority have been analyzed through practical analysis. And, the part-specific weighted value and the business specific priority have been measured and assessed with the LED light professionals as objects.
The main result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, publicity, effectiveness, energy reduction, easiness of business performance and maintenance and durability were selected as the business selection standard by reflecting the characteristic of LED light and LED light supply vitalization business. Second, in the public part dissemination magnification as of the part-specific standard appropriateness for the LED light supply vitalization, the dissemination of LED spotlight of public institute government office building, dissemination of traffic facility LED spotlight, and the dissemination of public library LED spotlight etc were higher. In the demand creation of public field, the dissemination of apartment underground parking lot LED spotlight and dissemination of industrial complex LED light showed to be higher in the selection standard and appropriateness. Third, the energy reduction effectiveness showed the highest weight value for each standard for LED light supply vitalization and the second best one was maintenance and durability. Fourth, as for the priority for each detailed business for LED light supply vitalization, the supply of the public institute government office building LED spotlight was showed to be highest and the following oder was supply of traffic facility LED spotlight, supply of public library LED spotlight and supply of underground shopping district and tunnel LED spotlight etc.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대구시를 사례로 LED 조명 보급활성화 사업의 선정기준과 우선순위를 분석하는것이다. 이를위해우선관련이론및선행연구고찰을통해LED 조명등보급활성화사업의의의와사례를살펴보았고, 실증분석을통해부문별가중치와세부사업별우선순위를분석하였다. 그리고LED 조명의 전문가를 대상으로 부문별 가중치와 사업별 우선순위를 측정 및 평가하였다.
본연구의주요결과를요약하면다음과같다. 첫째, LED 조명과LED 조명보급활성화사업의특성을반영하여사업선정기준으로공공성, 효율성, 에너지절감효과성, 사업추진용이성, 유지관리및지속성을선정하였다. 둘째, LED 조명 보급활성화를위한부문별선정기준적합성으로는공공부문보급확대에서는 공공기관 청사 LED 조명등 보급, 교통시설 LED 조명등 보급, 공공도서관 LED 조명등 보급 등이높은 것으로 나타났다. 민간부문 수요창출에서는 아파트 지하주차장 LED 조명등 보급, 산업단지 LED 조명등보급이선정기준과적합성이높은것으로나타났다. 마지막으로국내외협력및홍보에서는에너지관련국제행상활용LED행사추진, LED 조명시범마을조성이 선정기준과 적합성이 높은것으로 나타났다. 셋째, LED 조명 보급활성화를 위한 선정기준별 가중치는 에너지 절감효과성이 가장 높게 나타났고 유지관리 및 지속성이 뒤를 이었다. 넷째, LED 조명 보급활성화를 위한 세부사업별 우선순위는공공기관 청사 LED 조명등 보급이 가장 높게 나타났고 교통시설 LED 조명등 보급, 공공도서관 LED 조명등 보급, 지하상가 및 터널 LED 조명등 보급 등의 순으로 나타났다.
