국내 일반 및 장애 아동 관련 음악치료 학위논문 유형분석 = The Analysis on Domestic Thesises Related with Music Therapy for Normal and Disabled Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인간의 발달 과정에서 음악은 의미 있는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 아동들은 음악을 통한 여러 활동에 참여함으로 발달 영역별 기술을 촉진할 수 있으며, 음악적 환경은 아동들의 발달 과정에서 중요한 요소가 될 수 있다. 우리나라에서는 아동의 치료나 교육에 음악을 활용하려는 시도가 많이 있었으며, 우리나라 음악치료 영역에 있어서 주 임상 대상은 발달 영역의 지연이나 장애를 가진 아동이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 음악치료의 주 임상 대상인 아동을 대상으로 국내에서 연구되어진 논문들을 수집하여 분석함으로써 국내 아동관련 음악치료 연구의 경향과 흐름을 살펴보는 것에 목적을 두었다. 대상 논문은 음악치료 전공이 개설되어 있는 학교의 논문으로 일반 및 장애 아동을 연구대상으로 한 논문 90편 을 선정하여 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구의 목표 영역, 음악적 개업별로 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 대상별로 살펴보면 장애 아동에 대한 연구가 가장 많았고, 장애 아동 중에서는 자폐 아동 위주로 연구가 치중되었음을 알 수 있었다. 최근에는 장애아동 뿐만 아니라 일반 아동 대상의 연구도 증가하였음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구 유형별로 살펴보면 기술연구에 비해 실험연구가 많이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구의 목표 영역별로 살펴보면 사회 영역이 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였고 그 다음으로는 정서 영역, 언어 영역, 인지 영역 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 음악적 개업별로 살펴본 결과 많은 연구에서 특정한 음악적 기법을 사용하기 보다는 노래 부르기와 악기 연주 위주의 음악적 개입이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국내 음익치료의 주 임상 대상인 아동과 관련된 연구의 경향을 알아봄으로써, 지금까지의 학문적 연구 성과와 보완점을 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 앞으로의 아동 대상 음악치료 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Music plays significant roles in th e process of hwnan development. The requirement in each process of development can be encouraged by children s partidpating in various musical activity and so the musical circwnstance can make an important factor. Acknowledging thlat , there were some attempts to use music as a means of treatment or education for children. The subjects of clinic studies in music therapy, especially in Korea, have mainly been children with delay or disability in development. The purpose of this article is focused on collecting and anlyzing articles which are written about children who are the main subjects of clinic studies. By collecting and analyzing those articles, the tendency of domestic studies about music therapy concerned with children can be widely examined. Ninety thes is about music therapy related with normal and disabled children have been collected and analyzed considering the subjects, methods, fields of the studies and musical intervention. The conclusions are the same with followngs. First, considering the subjects, the studies on children with disabilities are more than normal children and the studies on autistic children occupy the largest portion of them Recen tly the studies on normal children have been increased as well as the studies on children with disability. Second, for the methods, experimental studies have been performed more widely than descriptive studies. Third, considering the fields of development, the studies on the social field occupies the largest part of all and they are followed by emotion, language and conununication, cognition in turn. Last, in case of musical intervention, it is clear that musical intervention is more used as forms of smging songs and playing instrwnents than special skills of music. Through this article, the achievements and shortcomings in this territory could be possibly shown at the same time. Moreover, the direction which it has to move toward could be shown.
