This study examined factors influencing turnover intention among foreign workers, focusing on social support and job satisfaction. The study involved 142 foreign workers with E-9 visas, using multiple regression analysis on survey data. Key findings include: 1) Higher social support, especially from supervisors, reduces turnover intention; 2) Social support positively impacts job satisfaction; 3) Increased job satisfaction decreases turnover intention; 4) Job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between social support and turnover intention. The findings suggest that enhancing social support and job satisfaction is vital for reducing turnover intention among foreign workers. Organizations should implement policies to improve supervisor relationships, promote colleague cooperation, and activate support groups. These strategies can boost organizational commitment and satisfaction, ultimately reducing turnover rates. This study provides foundational data for managing turnover intention among E-9 foreign workers.
