예비유아교사의 인권존중과 자아존중감, 인권의식 간의 구조적 관계 = The Analysis of Structural Relationships among Pre-service Teacher’s Respect for Human Rights, Self-Esteem, and Human Rights Consciousness : Multi-Group Analysis of Experience or Inexperience Human Rights Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 인권존중과 자아존중감, 인권의식 간의 구조적 관계를 검증해본 후, 구조적 모형 속에서 인권교육 유무에 따라 집단 간 경로의 차이를 규명해 보는 것이 주요 목적이다. 연구대상은 유아교육과와 보육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 449명이다. SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조적 관계와 동질성을 확인한 후, 다집단으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인권존중이 인권의식에 영향을 주는 과정에서 자아존중감이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타나 최종모형으로 선정하였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인권교육 유무에 따른 다집단 분석결과, 인권교육을 받은 예비유아교사가 그렇지 않은 예비유아교사에 비해 인권존중이 인권의식에 강력한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 부분 조절효과가 입증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 인권의식을 신장시켜줄 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between early childhood pre-service teacher ’s respect for human rights, self–esteem human rights consciousness and then identify differences in pathways according to belonging to the group educated in human rights or not. The subjects of this study were 449 early childhood pre-service teachers attending departments of early childhood education and child care education. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used to identify structural relationships and homogeneity, and then analyzed in multiple groups. The results of this study were as follows: First, the final model was that the self-esteem was partially mediated in the process of the influencing of the respect for human rights on human rights consciousness. Second, as a result of multi-group analysis according to the presence of human rights education of early childhood pre-service teachers, human rights consciousness showed a strong influence on the educated pre-service early childhood teachers compared to “uneducated” early childhood pre-service teachers. With this, the moderating effect was demonstrated. Based on the results of this study, we discussed how to increase the human rights awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers.
