위(Wee)클래스 담당자의 자살위기업무 경험에 관한 CQR-M 연구 = A CQR-M Study on the Experiences of Wee Class Counselors in Suicide Crisis Tasks

The purpose of this study is to explore the Wee class counselors's experience of suicide crisis work and to explore the support and improvements suggested by the Wee class counselors in carrying out suicide crisis work. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted targeting the Wee class counselors at schools where suicide crisis cases were reported to the city ministry of education in Region A, and the response data from 34 Wee class counselors who participated in the survey was collected through a modified consensus qualitative analysis. The research method (Consensual Qualitative Research-Modified, CQR-M) was applied and analyzed. The research results were classified into five areas: performance of suicide crisis tasks, difficulties in suicide crisis tasks, competencies for suicide crisis intervention, collaboration with the Wee Center, and support for the stress of suicide crisis tasks, and hence 32 categories were derived. This study is meaningful in that it explored in depth the experiences of suicide crisis work experienced by Wee class counselors at school sites and the support and improvements they suggest. Based on this, it was established that Wee class counselors could provide effective suicide crisis work, and we sought specific ways to do this.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 위(Wee)클래스 담당자의 자살위기업무의 경험과 자살위기업무 수행에 있어 위(Wee)클래스 담당자가 제안하는 지원 및 개선방향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A지역 시 교육청에 자살위기사안이 보고된 학교의 위(Wee)클래스 담당자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문에 참여한 위(Wee)클래스 담당자 34명의 응답자료는 수정된 합의적 질적연구방법(Consensual Qualitative Research-Modified, CQR-M)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 자살위기업무의 수행, 자살위기업무의 어려움, 자살위기개입에 대한 역량, 위(Wee)센터와의 협업, 자살위기업무 스트레스에 대한 지원으로 5개 영역으로 분류되었으며 32개의 범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 위(Wee)클래스 담당자들이 학교현장에서 경험하는 자살위기업무의 경험과 그들이 제안하는 지원과 개선방향을 심층적으로 탐색하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 이를 토대로 위(Wee)클래스 담당자가 효과적인 자살위기업무를 하기 위한 구체적 방안을 모색하였다.
