양파즙과 카페인투여 흰쥐의 체네 지질과산화 및 항산화 효소활성에 미치는 영향 = Effects of onion juice on the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity on caffein-fed rat

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to investigate effects of onion juice on the lipid peroxidation and activities of antioxidant enzymes in the caffeine for 6 weeks raising, net weight gain and food intake were not signicant different fed rats. With caffeine, the lipid level in serum slightly increased, but lower in rats fed with both caffeine and onion juice. In caffeine fed rats lipid peroxidation rates in liver and kidney slightly increased. Catalase activity was slight decreased in the caffeine and onion juice fed rats than in the caffeine fed rats superoxide dismutase activity of rat liver and kidney significantly increased by caffeine treatment and decreased by onion juice feeding.
