The subjects who were classified as blood emptiness players took 68.56g of doubling Samul-Tang, three times a day between meals, and those who were classified as vigor emptiness players took 68.56g of doubling Sakunja-Tang, and blood and vigor emptiness players took 81.37g of doubling Sibjeon dabo-Tang. 20times in volume of the dosage were filtered after being boiled and then went through a warmer enrichment process in a decompressed rotary evaporator to produce 200㎖ of medicine.After taking the medicine, the changes of the basic motor continuation capacity were studied. blood chemical analysis of the Routine C.B.C, Glucose, Triglyceride, Total cholesterol, Total protein which are responsible for blood making in the body was made in order to see the increase of exercise tolerance. This data was statistically processed with the SAS-package software on the IBM-PC. Paired t-test were administered in order to see the significant change in variables. A one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was run on the data to see any changes among the variables following the taking of the medicine and the data was further processed with Tukey’s H. S.D when statistically significant F was found (P<0.01). The following are major finding of this study:1. Blood emptiness players.1) After taking the first dosage, there was a biochemically significant increase in R.B.C., Hgb, Hct, Glucose, Total Protein which are responsible for motor performance such as body endurance.2) After taking three dosages, there was a biochemically significant increase in R.B.C. Hgb, Hct, Glucose which are responsible for muscular endurance.2. Vigor emptiness players.1) After taking the first dosage, there was a biochemically significant increase in Routine C.B. C., Glucose, Total protein, Total cholesterol which are responsible for motor performance such as muscular endurance, body endurance.3. Blood and vigor emptiness players.1) After taking the first dosage, there was a biochemically significant increase in R.B,C,m Hgb, Hct. Total cholesterol which are responsible for motor performance such as body endurance.2) After taking two dosages, there was a biochemically significant increase in the Routine C.B.C. Triglyceride, Glucose, Total cholesterol, Total protein which are responsible for muscular endurance.
