Bacteroides fragilis군에 대한 β-lactam 항생제의 감수성상 및 β-lactamase inhibitor의 작용에 관하여 = Susceptibility of several β-lactam antibiotics and the activity of β-lactamase inhibitors against Bacteroides fragilis group

국문 초록 (Abstract)

환자 재료에서 분리한 bile 저항성인 Bacteroides군 40주를 분류하면 B.fragilis가 32주 B. thetaiotaomicron이 4주 B. vulgatus가 2주 B. uniformis가 2주였다.
분리주는 chloramphenicol에 대해서 전주가 감수성이나 penicillin에 대해서는 내성이였다. 이외 tetracycline, clindamycin, 및 erythromycin에 대해서 다제내성주가 많았다.
β-lactam에 대해서 균종별 차이는 있으나 moxalactam, ceftizoxime, ampirin, carbenicillin 및 methicllin에 대해서는 내성도가 높았다. 그리고 균종별로는 B. fragilis가 타 균종에 비해 감수성이 높았다.
β-lactamase inhibitor인 subactam 및 clavulanicacid의 작용은 일부 균주를 제외하고는 강한 synergy 작용을 나타내었다.
Indole 산생과 β-lactam 감수성 관계는 균종벼르 약제별 차이가 있으며 cephalosporin계의 어떤 약제에 대해서 양성주는 감수성도가 낮으나 penicillin계의 어떤 약제에 대해서는 감수성이 높았다. 그리고 indole 양성균종에 enzyme inhibitor의 작용이 길항적으로 나타나는 예가 많았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Fourty isolates of Bacteroides fragilis group (B. fragilis 32 B. uniformis 2, B. thetaiotaomicron 4, B. vulgatus 2) were examined the susceptibility to several β-lactam antibiotics and be activities of β-lactamase inhibitors.
All strains were susceptible to chloramphenicol but most were resistant to penicillin and showed multiple resistancy to teracycline, clindamycin, penicillin, and erythromycin by disc diffusion method.
Against β-lactam antibiotics, isolates were susceptible to moxalactam and ceftizoxime, ampicillin and amoxicillin, but resistant to cefoperazone, cefamandole, cefapirin, carbenicillin and methicillin, and strains of B. fragilis were generally more sensitive to these drugs than that of other species.
Both sulbactam and clavulanic acid combined with ampicillin and amoxicillin, respectively showed different degrees of synergy against most strains and indifferent and antagony against remaining strains, although all strains produced β-lactamase.
Indole positive strains were less sensitive to some derivates of cephalosphorin, but more resist to some derivates of penicillin, and less effective to enzyme inhibitors.
