IPTV 기반 민원행정서비스 이용활성화 전략과 과제 -서울시를 중심으로- = Activation Plan for IPTV based Civil Administrative Services -Focused on Seoul City-

The city of Seoul recently provided the trial service of IPTV-based civil counsel, IPTV based civil complaint request and response. This research analyses the ease of IPTV-based civil service utilization and, based on this analysis, provides the feasible policy for IPTV based civil service activation. As a result of this research, several factors measuring the ease of utilization such as navigability, utility, controllability, credibility, accessibility and, security are closely associated with the IPTV based civil administration service satisfaction. The controllability, especially, has a close relationship with the service satisfaction. Accordingly, the improvement of controllability is urgently required for the IPTV based civil administration service activation together with high satisfaction.
