In this study, related to walking environment of university districts in Korea through related keywords such as "University Town", "street" and "Pedestrian environment". Through this, we are trying to draw suggestions on creating a Pedestrian environment around university Town that have user-centered identity. Thirty-seven selected prior studies were analyzed based on research topics, keywords, target areas, and methods of study. Most of them focus on the physical elements of the commercial street, and it turns out that the ‘human’ using the street is lacking in consideration. Future research will also require a study to consider the behavior of users in the vicinity of university Town other than commercial street.
