블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 방과후학교 피아노 프로그램 개발 및 효과 = The Effects of Development After-school Piano Program Using Blended Learning

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 방과후학교 피아노 프로그램을 개발하고 실제 현장에 실행연구하여 그 효과성을 검증하는데 목적을 둔다. 온·오프라인을 혼합한 효과적인 피아노 프로그램을 개발하고 학생들에게 나타나는 변화를 분석하기 위하여 혼합 연구로 설계하였다. 먼저 블렌디드 모형 5단계에 따라 피아노 학습의 구체적인 지도계획서 및 학습콘텐츠를 계획하고 한 학기의 프로그램을 개발하여 12주 동안 실제 교육현장에서 운영하였다. 학생들의 변화를 측정하기 위하여 음악적 흥미도의 사전·사후 테스트를 실시하여 양적 데이터를 분석하고, 관찰일지와 루브릭, 질문, 학습 영상촬영의 자료를 질적 분석하여 총체적인 의미를 찾고자 하였다. 음악적 흥미도의 양적데이터는 유의미한 향상이 검증되었고, 질적 분석 결과 점차 학습콘텐츠를 성실하게 시청하고 음악적 흥미와 관심이 높아지는 것이 관찰되었다. 음악적 흥미도가 높아짐에 따라 학습 자신감이 생기고 관심있는 제재곡을 스스로 선정하여 연주의 시청각 자료를 교수자에게 요구하는 모습을 보이는 자기주도학습의 가능성이 관찰되었다. 본 연구로 피아노 학습에서 블렌디드 러닝이 효과적인 학습 방안이 될 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 개발한 프로그램이 피아노 학습에서 유용한 학습 도구로 활용되길 희망한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at developing an after-school piano program using blended learning and studying the practice in the actual site for its effectiveness. It started from the necessity to develop effective an after-school program for school education situation balancing in both online and offline schooling. A mixed method was designed to develop effective piano program applying to mix both online and offline and to analyze changes on students. Firstly, according to five steps of blended model, piano lesson was planned and specific teaching plans and learning contents were developed for a program during a semester, and it was applied to the actual educational field for 12 weeks. In order to measure students’ changes, pre- and post-tests on musical interest were conducted, the quantitative data on 21 students were analyzed, and qualitative data including observation logs, rubrics, and learning video were analyzed for finding the comprehensive meanings. Quantitative data on musical interests were verified with signifiant improvements, and for qualitative analysis results, the students watched the learning contents more sincerely, raising their musical interests and concerns. As musical interests were raising, students’ confidence of learning was made and there were possibilities of self-directed learning to choose a music with interests and to request teacher to offer the sources for playing. This study confirmed that blended learning in piano lesson could be a useful method, and it is expected that the developed program will be an educational tool for learning to play the piano.
