유아체험교육기관의 효과적인 체험교육 운영 방안에 대한 연구 - 경기도유아체험교육원을 중심으로 - = Research on Effective Experience Education Operation Plan for Early Childhood Experience Institution

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전국 최초로 설립․운영하고 있는 경기도유아체험교육원을 중심으로 유아체험교육기관의 효과적인 체험교육 운영 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행 하였다.
체험교육 운영에 대하여 유아의 개인변인에 따라 차이가 있는가, 체험교육 활동에 대한 유아의 선호도는 어떠한가, 만족도 및 필요성에 대한 교원의 인식은 어떠한가에 대하여 질문지를 통해 자료를 수집 분석하였다.
이러한 분석결과는 공통적으로 교통안전놀이인 전동자동차에 가장 많은 선호 도를 보이고 있으며 유치원에서 쉽게 접해 볼 수 없는 교구와 환경, 유아들 만의 전용 체험 공간, 체험활동 실행을 위한 사전준비 철저, 유아발달에 맞는 다양한 체험활동, 즐거움을 유발하여 놀이에 몰입할 수 있는 환경 제공에 대하여 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
누리과정 도입에 따른 어린이집 유아들의 체험교육원 시설 이용에 대하여는 유아중심의 공공 체험시설은 누구나 차별 없이 이용해야 하나 유치원아의 요구 충족이 부족한 현실에서는 ‘유아체험교육원의 확대 운영’이 필요하다에 가장 많은 응답을 보였다.
전기 에너지가 많이 소모되는 놀이기구 선정 시 재생 또는 지속가능 에너지를 활용한 체험교육 활동 프로그램의 설치, 지속적인 시설보완 및 평가 환류를 통한 내실 있는 운영이 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was carried out to seek effective experience education operation plan for early childhood experience institution focusing on Gyeongi-do, the nation’s first institution to be established and operated.
The data was collected and analyzed through questionnaire which asked if there is difference among personal variables toward experience education operation, the preference of preschoolers toward experience activities, and teacher’s awareness of satisfaction and necessity.
The analysis shows that electric motor car which is related to traffic safety play was preferred in common, and it was satisfying toward teaching aids and environment that cannot be easily seen in kindergarten, preschooler specific experience area, thorough advance preparation for experience activity, various experience activities for early childhood development, and offer of environment in which preschoolers can concentrate on play by arousing pleasure.
For the question regarding nursery school preschooler’s experience institution facility usage as “Nuri” curriculum is introduced, it was supported that anyone should be able to use early childhood centered public experience facilities, but in reality where kindergartner’s demand satisfaction is deficient, it was most responded that ‘enlarged early childhood experience institution operation’ is necessary.
When play equipment that requires much electricity energy are selected, experience education activity program that employs recycling or sustainable energy should be established, and through the continuous facility supplementation and reflux of evaluation, fruitful operation should be accomplished.
