사회공포증의 심리적 치료를 위한 현실과 VR 영상 및 VR 애니메이션 이미지의 활용 효율성에 관한 비교 연구 = A Comparative Study on the Practical Use Effectiveness on VR Images and VR Animation Images for the Psychological Treatment of Social Phobia

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 VR 애니메이션과 VR 영상을 사회공포증 치료에 적용의 효율성을 파악한다 그러므로 현실 환경에서의 치료 효과와 VR 애니메이션과 VR 영상을 활용한 치료를 비교하였다. 선행 연구에서 VR 애니메이션, VR 영상, 또는 현실 환경에서의 단일한 방법의 사용 치료 효과를 분석한 것이 다수였는데, 세 가지 다른 방식의 치료 효과에 관한 비교 연구는 미진한 하여 실증이었다. 특히 사회공포증의 치료를 위하여 가상현실 노출 요법으로 VR 애니메이션과 VR 영상과 현실로 구분하여 실증적 실험을 진행하였다. 각 실험군을 통해 피실험자를 VR 애니메이션 실험군, VR 영상 실험군, 현실 실험군으로 나누었다. 본 논문를 종하여 현실 체험을 통한 사회공포증치료 방법인 노출요법의 시공간적 제약성을 VR 영상 이미지를 통해 극봅하여 치료효과를 얻을수 일다는 중국 병원 정신과의 협조를 통해 결론을 도출했다. 각 실험군은 1차 실험과 2차 실험을 실시하였고, 수집된 데이터 비교를 통해 세 가지 치료 방식에 따른 치료 효과를 분석하였다. VR 애니메이션과 VR 영상과 현실 간의 노출된 이미지들을 통해 치료 효과성의 유의성을 확보하였다. 따라서 VR 영상의 심리치료에 대한 활용의 방법적 타당성을 검증하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates the effectiveness of VR animation and VR imaging in the treatment of social phobia. Therefore, we compared the therapeutic effect of VR animation with VR imaging. In previous studies, the use of VR animation, VR imaging, or a single method in the real world was analyzed, and comparative studies on the effects of three different treatment modalities were limited. Especially, for the treatment of social phobia, VR animation, VR image, and reality were conducted as virtual reality exposure therapy. The subjects were divided into VR animation group, VR image group, and reality group through each experiment group. The results of this study are summarized through the cooperation of psychiatrists in the Chinese hospital to obtain the therapeutic effect by using the VR images of the time and space constraints of the treatment of social phobia through the experience of reality. The first and second experiments were performed in each experimental group and the treatment effects were analyzed according to the three treatment methods. VR animation, VR image, and exposed images between reality and reality. Therefore, the method validity of the application of VR images to psychotherapy was verified.
