국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경기북부지역에서 활동하고 있는 사회복지사의 윤리의식 수준을 파악하고, 윤리의식과 전문성 및 직무만족도와의 관련성을 통해 사회복지사로서의 윤리의식 수준이 전문성과 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는가를 확인함으로써 전문가로서 효율적이고 질적인 서비스 수행을 위해 필요한 제도 및 정책적인 제안을 목적으로 한다(이정숙, 2020). 연구를 위해 경기북부지역 복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 146명이 설문에 응하였고, 그중 불필요한 2부를 제외한 총 144부를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사 윤리의식의 하위요인 중 동료 윤리기준은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 윤리의식은 전문성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지사 윤리의식과 직무만족도의 관계에서 전문성은 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 윤리의식의 향상은 자신의 전문성과 직무만족도를 높임으로써 서비스이용자가 체감하는 복지의 수준을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 결론을 제시하였다. 따라서 사회복지사의 윤리의식을 향상시키기 위해서는 보다 실질적인 대책이 마련될 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ethics of social workers working at social welfare sites in Gyeonggi-do, and to identify how the level of ethics and professionalism and job satisfaction affects professionalism and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the research purpose, a survey was conducted on social workers working at the Northern Gyeonggi Welfare Center and 146 people responded to the survey, with a total of 144 copies being used in the study. First, among the sub-factors of social worker ethics awareness, peer ethics standards have been shown to have a positive (+) significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, ethics awareness of social workers has been shown to have a positive influence on professionalism. Third, professionalism has been shown to play a part in the relationship between social worker ethics and job satisfaction. Based on the above results, it was concluded that enhancing the ethics of social workers will contribute to raising the level of welfare that clients feel by increasing their professionalism and job satisfaction. As a result, more practical measures need to be taken to enhance the ethics of social workers.
