The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between child care teachers' job satisfaction, expertise, child care efficacy, and the practice of respect for infant rights. It also reveals the dual mediating effect of professionalism and childcare efficacy on the relationship between childcare teachers' job satisfaction and respect for infant rights. The subjects of this study were 278 teachers in day-care-centers located in G Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed by technical statistics and Pearson correlation using SPSS 25.0,; bootstrapping was conducted to verify the dual mediating effect of professionalism and childcare efficacy in the relationship between childcare teachers' job satisfaction and respect for infant rights through SPSS Process Macro. The results revealed a correlation between childcare teachers' job satisfaction, professionalism, childcare efficacy, and the practice of respecting infant rights. Second, when the job satisfaction of childcare teachers affect the practice of respect for infant rights, the addition of expertise was found to have a positive effect, but the child care efficacy was found to have no effect. However, when the childcare teacher's job satisfaction affects the practice of respect for infant rights, it was found that the simultaneous insertion of professionalism and childcare efficacy has an effect. In other words, when childcare teachers’ job satisfaction affects respect for infant rights, professionalism and childcare efficacy play dual mediating role.
