지역사회중심 가정방문 물리치료 요구도 조사 : 대구광역시 중심으로 = RESEARCH OF DEMAND FOR THE COMMUNITYBASED HOME VISIT PHYSICAL THERAPY

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the necessity of HVPT(home visit physical therapy) system due to the need for practical and effective medical deliverly methods. The medical developments as the rapid economic growth extended the average life expectancy of human being and became a social issues that increased an aging society which needs steady and long-term caring, and chronic degenerative disease care. 640 people answered the self administrated questionnaires based on the references of HVPT (home visit physical therapy) and surveyed the personal information, awareness and the need of physical therapy, management plan, and expectation effectiveness of physical therapy to implement the HVPT from a health center, hospitals, local clinic centers, university of old man, senior citizen centers, and home visiting in Daegu metro city. The SPSS 19.0 Korean was used for one-way ANOVA, reliability analysis Cronbach's alpha p<0.6, Varimax Rotating Method Eigen value <1.0, and cross analysis(releated variable). The results of this study, in order to legally and quickly estabilsh the HVPT system, It needs absolute support from the government, medical professionals effective effort, additional modification of the HVPT costs for insurance coverage can be, institutions acknowledge of HVPT, and cooperation with other health professionals. Henceforth, If a reliable and specialized HVPT system is established and this regulation is introduced and applied with no problems, it will help to improve the quality of life through solving the economic and social problems to patients or their families in home welfare.
