기술,조직,개인 특성요인이 해군 장비정비정보시스템 전유와 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향 = Effect of Technological,Organizational,Individual Factors on DELIIS Appropriation and User Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 해군 장비정비정보시스템의 전유와 사용자 만족에 영향을 주는 결정요인들을 조사하고 전유와 사용자 만족이 개인성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공이론과 적합구조화이론을 통합하여 장비정비정보시스템 활용을 높이기 위한 결정요인과 활용의 성과를 조사하고자 한다. 장비정비정보시스템 전유와 사용자 만족의 결정요인으로 기술적 특성(시스템 확장성, 군수흐름 가시성)과 조직 특성(상사의 지원), 그리고 사용자 개인특성(시스템 자기효능감)을 고려하였고, 정보시스템 전유와 사용자 만족이 개인성과에 미치는 영향을 가설로 설정하였다. 설문조사 결과, 시스템 확장성.상사의 지원.시스템 자기효능감이 정보시스템 전유에, 시스템 확장성.상사의 지원.군수흐름 가시성이 사용자 만족에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 정보시스템 전유가 사용자 만족에, 정보시스템 전유와 사용자 만족 역시 개인성과에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 하지만 군수흐름가시성과 정보시스템 전유와의 관계와 시스템 자기효능감과 사용자 만족과의 관계는 유의한 영향관계를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구는 이론적으로는 정보시스템 성공모형과 적합구조화이론을 통합하여 정보시스템 전유와 사용자 만족의 결정요인과 개인성과에 미치는 영향을 설명하는 개인 차원의 정보시스템 활용 모형을 제시하였다는 시사점이 있다. 실무적으로는 조직구성원의 군수정보시스템 활용과 효과성을 높이기 위해서 관리자들이 주목할 필요가 있는 기술적.조직적.개인적 특성요인을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of appropriation and user satisfaction of the Defense Logistics Integrated Information System(DELIIS) used for the Korean Navy and identify the effect of appropriation and user satisfaction on individual performance. Using an integrated model of IS Success Model and Adaptive Structuration Theory, this study considers technological factors(system extensibility, logistics flow visibility), an organization factor(supervisor support), and an individual factor(system selfefficacy) as the determinants of explaining appropriation and user satisfaction. Also, we hypothesize appropriation and user satisfaction lead to individual performance. Survey results show that the effect of system extensibility, supervisor support, and system self-efficacy is significant on appropriation. Also, the influence of system extensibility, logistics flow visibility, and supervisor support on user satisfaction is significant. Appropriation increases user satisfaction and both appropriation and user satisfaction enhance individual performance. Theoretically, our study suggests an integrated model of explaining the determinants of appropriation and user satisfaction and the effect of these factors on individual performance. This study also has practical implication on how organizational managers intervene employees`` DELIIS usage in order to increase their use and performance.
