노년층의 여가만족이 웰빙 지각에 미치는 영향 = The effect of leisure Satisfaction on their perception of wellbeing in elderly people's

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect that elderly people's leisure satisfaction have on their perception of wellbeing. To this end, elderly people aged 55 or more in Daegu and Gyeong-sang Bukdo Province were surveyed through a questionnaire. To verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach α coefficient was measured and a factor analysis was conducted. Also, LISREL 8.70 analysis was conducted according to the aim of the research. As a result, it was found that elderly people's leisure satisfaction had an effect on their perception of wellbeing. Specific results are outlined as follows. First, for the relation between leisure satisfaction and psychological wellbeing, the relation between emotional factor and psychological wellbeing was found to be at t=2.89, the relation between physical factor and psychological wellbeing at t= 3.48, and the relation between educational factor and psychological wellbeing at t=4.74. Second, for the relation between leisure satisfaction and subjective wellbeing, the relation between social factor and subjective wellbeing was found to be at t=2.07, the relation between emotional factor and subjective wellbeing at t=9.18, the relation between physical factor and subjective wellbeing at t=2.73, and the relation between educational factor and subjective wellbeing at t=2.09, indicating a statistical significance at p<.05. Given that elderly people increasingly participated in leisurely activities according to age, educational levels and living standards levels, they will continue to participate in leisurely activities. Currently, only the group of elderly people with a high educational level and a high living standards level was found to participate in leisurely activities at high rates. However, in the future, with an expected reinforcing of welfare policies, the appearance of an aging society, and other diverse reasons, elderly people with low living standards levels including low-income elderly people are expected to be provided with many opportunities to participate in leisurely activities.
