포괄간호 서비스 시범사업 병동 입원환자와 간호사가 지각하는 간호서비스 만족도와 중요도 차이 비교 = Comparison of satisfaction and importance on nursing service perceived by the patients and nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study evaluates the satisfaction and importance on nursing service perceived by the patients and nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards. Questionnaires were completed by 51 patients and 51 nurses in 3 hospitals in B city. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 programs. There was a significant between the patients and nurses perceived satisfaction(t=7.407, p<.001) and importance(t=2.757, p=.007) on nursing service in comprehensive nursing care service wards. Among the subcategories, education was the highest satisfaction and importance factor followed by confidence and professional technic on the patients. But among the subcategories, professional technic was the highest importance factor followed by education and confidence on the nurses. The results indicate that efforts were necessary to reduce the difference in the perception of patients and nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards. Therefore nurses working in hospitals with daily living assistance services more often than previously and nurses need to be prepared to do these tasks. The results suggest the need of securing an appropriate number of nursing staff in comprehensive nursing care service wards to enhance patients’ satisfaction of nursing service.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 포괄간호 서비스 시범사업 병동 입원환자와 간호사가 지각하는 간호서비스 만족도와 중요도를 파악하고 간호사와 환자간의 간호서비스 만족도와 중요도의 차이를 비교하여 포괄간호 서비스 병동의 사업구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 B시에 소재한 3곳의 포괄간호 서비스 시범사업으로 선정된 병동이 있는 종합병원에 입원환 환자와 근무하는 간호사들을 대상으로 하였으며, 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 입원 환자51명과 간호사 51명의 총 102명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석방법은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하고, 사후검증은 Scheffe test로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 입원 환자와 간호사가 인식하는 간호서비스 만족도(t=7.407, p<.001)와 간호서비스 중요도(t=2.757, p=.007)는 두 군간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 포괄간호 서비스 병동에 입원한 환자들이 인지하는 간호서비스 만족도와 중요도는 교육영역이 가장 높았고, 신뢰성영역, 전문기술영역의 순서로 일치하였으나 포괄간호 서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사들은 생각하는 간호서비스 만족도는 교육영역, 신뢰성영역, 전문기술영역으로 환자와 같은 순서였으나 간호서비스의 중요도는 전문기술영역, 교육영역, 신뢰성영역의 순서로 나타났고, 환자와 간호사의 두군간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 포괄간호 서비스 병동에서 간호서비스의 만족도를 지속적으로 높이기 위해서는 적정 간호인력을 산출하고 이를 확보하여 환자 간호를 제공하는 것이 필요하다고 생각되며 환자가 충분히 인식할 수 있도록 질 높은 간호를 제공하여야 할 것이다.
